About the Role
We're a marketing agency specializing in MarTech and RevOps — and the work we do lives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. We need a Project Manager who can operate fluently in that world.
This isn't a role for a generalist PM who will need everything explained from scratch. You don't need to be a Salesforce admin or a HubSpot architect — but you do need to understand what those tools do, why they matter to our clients, and how to prioritize work intelligently across teams who use them every day.
You'll be the connective tissue of our projects — keeping deliverables on track, stakeholders aligned, and every moving part accounted for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing project timelines, task boards, and team workflows end-to-end in Monday.com
- Assigning and prioritizing tasks across cross-functional teams — with enough MarTech and RevOps context to know what's urgent and what's dependent on what
- Running and facilitating client and internal meetings with clarity and purpose
- Using AI-powered note-taking tools to capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions — then refining and distributing them in a way that's actually useful
- Leveraging AI tools broadly to improve productivity, streamline communications, and surface insights faster
- Keeping stakeholders informed with consistent, clear project status updates
- Proactively identifying risks, blockers, and scope creep before they become problems
- Building and maintaining project documentation that the whole team can rely on
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a marketing, agency, or tech-adjacent environment
- Hands-on proficiency with Monday.com — you know how to build boards, automate workflows, and keep a project organized at scale
- Working familiarity with MarTech tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, web analytics platforms (GA4, etc.), CRMs, and marketing automation — you don't need to operate them, but you need to speak the language
- Understanding of RevOps concepts — pipeline management, funnel stages, lead scoring, attribution — well enough to contextualize priorities
- Comfortable with AI-powered meeting tools (Otter.ai, Fireflies, Fathom, Notion AI, or similar) and actively using AI to enhance output quality and team efficiency
- Exceptionally organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage ambiguity, ask the right questions, and keep projects moving without hand-holding
- Available to start immediately — this is a firm requirement
Nice to Have
- Experience working directly with RevOps or marketing operations teams
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms commonly used in MarTech stacks
- Exposure to project workflows involving website builds, CRM implementations, or campaign operations
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
Why This Role
This is a long-term contract with room to grow. You'll be embedded in interesting, technical work at a company that takes both strategy and execution seriously. We move fast, we use smart tools, and we're looking for someone who brings that same energy to how they manage projects.
If you do great work, renewals are on the table.
