About the Role

We're a marketing agency specializing in MarTech and RevOps — and the work we do lives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. We need a RevOps Expert who can roll up their sleeves and operate at the platform level.

This isn't a role for someone who's dabbled in CRMs or watched a few onboarding videos. You need to know Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo the way a mechanic knows an engine — what breaks, why it breaks, and how to build something better in its place. You'll be responsible for keeping our clients' revenue infrastructure healthy, optimized, and scaling in the right direction.

You'll be the person our team and our clients rely on when something's broken, something needs to be built, or something just needs to work better than it does today.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administering and optimizing platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and other CRM and marketing automation tools across multiple client environments
  • Designing and managing data flows between systems — ensuring clean, reliable data moves where it needs to go
  • Building and maintaining lead mapping and scoring models that reflect how our clients' funnels actually work
  • Creating and optimizing email sequences, drip campaigns, and nurture workflows that perform
  • Developing templates — email, landing page, and beyond — that are reusable, on-brand, and built for scale
  • Troubleshooting platform issues quickly and methodically, with a bias toward root-cause fixes over band-aids
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and proactively proposing and implementing improvements
  • Documenting configurations, workflows, and processes so the work is repeatable and transferable

What We're Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo — you've administered these platforms, not just used them
  • Deep understanding of data flows, CRM architecture, and how systems talk to each other
  • Experience building lead scoring and lead mapping frameworks from the ground up or significantly improving existing ones
  • Strong background in email marketing execution — drip sequences, nurture flows, segmentation, and deliverability best practices
  • Ability to build clean, functional templates across email and landing page environments
  • A sharp troubleshooting instinct — you don't just fix symptoms, you find the source
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to document and communicate technical configurations clearly
  • Available to start immediately — this is a firm requirement

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within a marketing agency or managing multiple client instances simultaneously
  • Familiarity with integration and automation tools like Zapier, Make, or native API connectors
  • Exposure to attribution modeling, pipeline reporting, or revenue forecasting within CRM platforms
  • Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
