About the Role
We're looking for asenior-level Webflow Developer who doesn't just build websites — they build systems. This isn't a role for someone who assembles pages from scratch each time. We need someone who thinks in components, designs for scalability, and sets clients up for long-term success without constant developer dependency.
You'll be responsible for architecting and building Webflow sites from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on structure, reusability, maintainability, and a user experience that leaves a lasting impression.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building scalable Webflow sites using a component-first approach — leveraging components, slots, and attributes to create flexible, editable building blocks for clients
- Establishing and maintaining a standardized style guide and design system as the foundation of every project (typography, color tokens, spacing, interactive states)
- Crafting smooth, purposeful interactions and animations that elevate the user experience — scroll-based effects, micro-interactions, page transitions, and beyond
- Structuring CMS collections and content architecture sosites can grow without a rebuild
- Collaborating with designers to translate design systems into clean, consistent Webflow implementations
- Documenting how the system works so clients and internal teams can make edits confidently
- Upholding best practices across every area —performance, accessibility, responsiveness, SEO structure, and code cleanliness
- Conducting quality reviews to ensure consistency, polish, and cross-browser compatibility
What We're Looking For
- Strong, demonstrable experience building in Webflow —portfolio required
- Deep understanding of Webflow's component system, including slots and component properties/attributes
- A proven eye for interaction design — you know when ananimation adds value and how to execute it without hurting performance
- Experience translating a design system (Figma or similar) into a scalable Webflow build
- Solid grasp of Webflow's CMS, logic, and interactions
- Clean, intentional class naming conventions (BEM or similar)
- A best-practices-first mindset across design, development, performance, and accessibility — not just "it works," but it's right
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and communicate proactively
- Available to start immediately — this is a firm requirement
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow Localization or multi-language builds
- Familiarity with Webflow's Optimize or Analyze tools
- Familiarity with Monday.com’s project management system
- GSAP, JavaScript or custom code integration for extending Webflow's native capabilities
Why This Role
This is a long-term contract with real staying power — we're looking for someone to grow with the projects, not hand things off after launch. If you do great work, renewals are on thetable.
